Accountability
At SEED, our vision is for a thriving, healthy, and sustainable Madagascar. We focus on building meaningful, sustainable change in southeast Madagascar, the poorest region of one of the poorest countries in the world (World Food Programme, 2024). To this end, we constantly work to ensure our administrative costs remain as low as possible, allowing maximum funds to be spend on our projects.

Providing a strong policy framework for SEED’s work
SEED is passionate about the work that we do, but we are equally passionate about providing a strong policy and procedural framework that supports our staff, ensures our work is safe and partners others to add to international best practice.
We also want to be open about this, and have shared our organisational strategy, our Code of Conduct and some of the policies that form SEEDs organisational culture and guide how SEED works day to day in Madagascar and the UK.
